QUINCY TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Sheriff’s Office says a Quincy man died Saturday morning after a medical emergency led to a traffic crash on Strang Road west of Boone Road.
According to a Sheriff’s Department press release, 75-year-old Willard John McCall was pronounced dead at the scene after emergency medical attention was provided to him.
A Sheriff’s Department investigation determined that McCall suffered the medical emergency while driving his 2011 Lincoln MKZ west on Strang Road. The vehicle then went off the road and came to rest in a ditch.
The Sheriffs Office was assisted on scene by the Quincy Fire Department and Lifecare Ambulance.
