KINDERHOOK TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A two vehicle crash on I-69 near the two mile marker caused a lengthy backup on the southbound side Wednesday morning.
Michigan State Police say a tow truck hit the back of the semi just before 8:00 a.m..
A family member said the driver of the tow truck was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center.
State Police say the tow truck driver suffered a minor head injury and complaining of pain to the hip, back and right leg.
The driver of the semi was not injured. The names of the two drivers were not released.
The State Police were assisted by the Lakeland Fire Department, LifeCare Ambulance and the Branch County Sheriff’s Department.
