CBPU to introduce InvoiceCloud system for billing May 21

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities is planning to switch their method of billing customers next month.

CBPU Director Paul Jakubczak told the utility’s Board of Directors Wednesday night the new InvoiceCloud billing system is scheduled to go live May 21.

He says InvoiceCloud is designed towards more customers going paperless when it comes time to pay their bills.

According to Jakubczak, other areas of improvement with InvoiceCloud include decreasing the number of mailed in paper checks, providing staff with more tools to assist customers and the ability to accept tax payments with credit cards at the front counter in City Hall.
