COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Board of Commissioners met in a short special meeting Monday morning with only one item on the agenda. That was to read and approve a new conflict of interest policy for county employees.
County Administrator Frank Walsh said there was no pending action that led to today’s session, but it was a necessary step to have the policy in place as a requirement for a grant the county has applied for.
The Conflict of Interest Policy was approved unanimously.
So what is it?
