UNDATED (WTVB) – All four Branch County boys golf teams participated in conference jamborees on Tuesday.
JACKSON, MI – Parma Western hosted the second Interstate 8 Jamboree of the season at the Arbor Hills Golf Course in Jackson. Coldwater came away in fifth place for the event, even though they improved their team score from the first jamboree. The Cardinals shot a team score of 335. Harper Creek won the event with a 311.
Coldwater was led by Dracyn Foster with an 80, followed closely by Jake Fosdick who shot an 82. Braydon Wilkins had an 85, and Joe Searls shot an 88.

PINCKNEY, MI – Stockbridge hosted the fourth Big 8 jamboree of the season at Timber Trace Golf Club in Pinckney. Quincy won the event by one stroke over Springport. The Orioles finished with a team score of 187, while the Spartans had a 188. Union City was fourth with a score of 213, and Bronson was sixth with a 228.
Quincy’s Braylon Estlow was the individual medalist with a round of 36, four stokes better than runner-up Brody Baum of Springport. Brydan Wible tied for fifth with a 47, Jax Sargent tied for eighth with a 49, and Codin Ayerdi finished with a 55.
For Union City, Blayne Crance was fourth with a 43, Zane Coppock and Max Bigelow each shot a 55, and Cal Bigelow had a 60.
For Bronson, Layne Arver and Drew Shoup each had a 56, Clayton Shortridge shot a 57, and Naz Salesman had a 59.

Coldwater, Bronson, and Union City will travel to The Medalist in Marshall on Thursday to compete in the Springport Invitational. Quincy’s next action won’t be until Saturday, when they will be at the St. Philip Tiger Open at Binder Park Golf Course.
