CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WTVB)- A preliminary exam for a former Coldwater teacher was postponed today in Calhoun County. Former Legg Middle School teacher Keith Johnson was scheduled to appear today on voyeurism charges. Johnson was arrested back in February following an investigation by the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office on three counts of installing a device-eavesdropping and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
Johnson, who resides in Calhoun County, resigned from his teaching position shortly after his arrest and has been free on $4,000 bond since his arrest.
His preliminary exam is now scheduled for 10 a.m. on May 19th.
