The annual Tulip Time Festival in Holland is right around the corner, and it looks like the colors should be fabulous this year.
Jamie Scott, Parks and Cemetery Deputy Director, says the department is expecting a “great show of color” in time for opening day.
The 96th annual festival starts Friday, May 2 and runs through Sunday, May 11.
