Ridge Michael Morrison, age 35, of White Pigeon and formerly of Quincy, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 27, 2025. He was born February 24, 1990, in Coldwater to Dennis Thomas and Elana Morrison.
Ridge graduated from Union City High School in 2009 and went on to earn his license as a medical assistant. Ridge loved taking care of his plants, both inside and out. He also enjoyed cooking and fishing.
Survivors include his father, Dennis Thomas of Quincy; mother, Elana Morrison of White Pigeon; sisters, Carrianne (Clay) Wilson of Kokomo, IN and Melissa Adams of Coldwater; brothers, Bradley (Cayla) Mobley of Elkhart, IN and Derek Mobley of Coldwater; maternal grandparents, Sophia Gordon of Burlington and Joseph John (Kathy) Morrison of Taylor; special aunt, Valerie Webb, Michelle (Danny) Damon of Burlington, Deana (Curtis) Stephens of Quincy, DeLinda (Rob) Sprow of Big Sandy, TN, Debby Bouchard of Pawpaw; uncles, Joseph Morrison II of Jackson and David (Melissa) Enos of Grand Rapids; Great uncle, Francis (Leonna) Hard of Coldwater; Great Aunt Joyce (Clem) McLain of Jonesville; cousin, Jo Anne Hoppe of White Pigeon and many nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lowell and Carolyn Thomas; and step-mother, Linda (Rumsey) Thomas.
A celebration of life service for Ridge Morrison will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Northview Christian Church in Coldwater (539 N. Union City Road) with Pastor Steve Smith officiating with a luncheon to follow. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Quincy at a later date.
