COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – An indoor golf simulator business in downtown Coldwater is on the market.
Birdies and Brews, which is on the second floor at 47 West Chicago above the Blush & Ivory Bridal Company, is being sold after opening in October of 2022.
A post last week on the Birdies and Brews Facebook page says the turnkey golf simulator business comes with top-tier equipment, a loyal customer base, and all branding, social accounts, and systems in place.
The sale includes fully furnished golf simulators & technology, a liquor license, furniture, TVs, and everything to operate on the first day of business.
