Coldwater Solar on track to be completed by year’s end

COLDWATER, MI ( WTVB) – Coldwater Solar, the 150 megawatt solar farm located just south of Coldwater near Fillmore and Sanford Roads, is now just months away from completion.

Apex Clean Energy’s Brian O’Shea says construction that began last October should be finished and producing energy by the end of the year.

O’Shea says once completed it will produce enough electricity to power 30,000 homes annually.
