PITTSFORD, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Oriole cross country teams ran at the Pittsford Invitational on Saturday, where the high school races were divided up into freshman/sophomore and junior/senior divisions.
In the boys freshman/sophomore race, Hunter Walker finished second, Nathan Dunn was fifth, and Eli Morris was 13th. The only Quincy participant in the girls freshman/sophomore race, Cali Richards, finished tenth.
In the boys junior/senior race, Chayse Jensen finished sixth, Coy Wood was 16th, and Eddie Miller was 19th, while for the girls, Elizabeth Craig was sixth, Isabelle Marske 10th, and Peyton Proctor 11th. No official team score was kept.
The Orioles will run in the first Big 8 Conference jamboree of the season Tuesday at Stockbridge.
