Patricia A. Hacker, 84, of Coldwater passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at her daughter’s home in Portage.
The funeral service will be held Friday, November 21, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor Don Letson officiating.
Visitation will be held, prior to the service on Friday, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Cremation will follow the service with interment of ashes at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Patricia was born September 9, 1941 in Coldwater, MI to William John & Ruth (Palmateer) Hickerson. She married James R. Hacker June 3, 1977 in Coldwater, MI. He preceded her in death February 16, 2021.
Patricia was a billing clerk at the Community Health Center of Branch County for over 30 years, retiring in 2003. She was a longtime member of the First Church of Christ in Coldwater and an avid league bowler for many years.
Patricia loved traveling with her husband. They enjoyed taking cruises together, going to Disney World, attending air shows and spending the winter months in Florida.
Patricia is survived by her children Col. (Ret) James (Leslie) Love of San Antonio, TX, Marianne (Chad Muckel) Love of Portage; four stepchildren; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Gentiva Hospice.
