BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – While the Harper Creek Beavers took the Interstate 8 Conference title on their home mat Saturday with 207 points in the conference tournament, seven Coldwater wrestlers placed as the Cardinals finished fifth with 97 points.
Raul Cecilio was the highest finisher, placing second in his weight class, with third place finishes from Gabe Noguez, Cooper Coan, Ruben Torres, Dayton Miller, Kayden Roby, and Fletcher Barr.
Coldwater will host the team districts Friday, February 13.
