QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Chain-of-Lakes Tip-Up Festival returns to Marble Lake today for its 63rd annual celebration of winter traditions.
This year’s event is led by Tip-Up Mayor Phil Mainstone and Sheriff Rick Poindexter. The festival aims to bring the community together and raise money for local scholarships.
Todays events include the Polar Bear Splash, Ice Fishing Tournament, Chainsaw Races and the Squirrel Derby. There will also be food vendors and the day will be capped off with the Fisherman’s Ball tonight in the pavilion, featuring the Pomegranate Whiskey Band starting at 7:30 p.m..
