COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Tibbits Opera Foundation and Arts Council is calling for student submissions for its upcoming Kids’ Art Rocks gallery exhibit, open to all young artists from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Students both inside and outside of Branch County, including those who are homeschooled, may submit one original, unframed work (minimum 8×10 inches) in mediums such as watercolor, pencil, or collage, with submissions due to the Tibbits Administration Office by 5 p.m. on April 13, 2026.
The exhibit will be on display at the historic Tibbits Opera House from May 19 through July 6, where visitors can view the art for free and vote for their favorites.
The program concludes with a public dessert reception on July 7 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., featuring an art supply drawing for participating students.
