COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Legg Middle girls basketball teams finished their season at home against Hastings Thursday.
In their loss, the 8th grade team was led by Kassidee Cole with 5 points and 3 rebounds. Brooklyn Powell had 4 points and led the team in rebounding with 4. Olivia Rinard had 4 points and 2 blocks.
The 7th grade A team won their game against Hastings 37-20.
Karagen Bucklin had 17 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals, 2 blocks, and one assist. Carly VanAken had 10 points, 2 rebounds, 3 steals, and 5 assists, while Brooke Barle had 2 points and 4 rebounds, McKenna Vainner had 3 points, Izzy Vanderpyl had 10 rebounds and 4 steals, Peyton Riley had 3 points 2 rebounds, and one steal, and Jordi Wilson had 2 points.
The Coldater 7th grade B team fell to Hastings 24-16.
Jordi Wilson had 10 points, 4 rebounds, and one assist, Lylah Sanford had 6 points, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds, Evelyn McRae had 8 rebounds and 2 assists, and Lily Raymond had 3 rebounds.
