COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Tibbits Popcorn Theatre returns for its 39th season this summer, offering family-friendly performances every Friday and Saturday morning from June 12 through August 8.
The professional Summer Theatre company will stage three distinct plays, beginning with the musical “Elephant & Piggie’s ‘We Are in a Play!’” throughout June. The lineup continues in July with the non-verbal comedy “Balloonacy” and concludes with the classic fantasy “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.” A special immersive event, “Cirque Amongus,” will also visit on July 10 and 11 to teach children circus fundamentals like juggling and balancing.
Tickets for all performances are $10 and include complimentary popcorn and juice provided by local sponsors. While children ages two and under are free, they still require a reserved ticket through the box office. Discounted rates are available for groups or families of five or more.
