QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The search for the next Quincy Community Schools superintendent is down to two candidates.
Mendon Middle School/High School Principal Marc Kramer and Battle Creek Lakeview Assistant Superintendent Jim Baker were chosen by the Quincy Board of Education Tuesday night to come back next week for a second round of interviews.
The Michigan Leadership Institute is helping the Quincy School Board with the search. They also assisted the Branch Intermediate School District during their recent superintendent search.
Nineteen educators initially applied for the position.
It’s hoped whoever is chosen can start July 1, 2018.
