COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater High School’s Gage McGuire has been named Honorable Mention on the Michigan Associated Press Class A All-State Boys Basketball team for a second straight year.
McGuire was the Interstate 8 Most Valuable Player this season, as he averaged 17.7 points and 7.3 rebounds a game while shooting 45 percent from the floor.
McGuire is the second Branch County basketball player to earn an All-State Honorable Mention. Quincy’s Will Dunn was Honorable Mention on the Class C squad.
