COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Tibbits Opera House will be hosting an annual reception for all of their volunteers April 17, 2018.
Beside ushering shows, the volunteers perform such tasks as bartender, work the concessions and gift shop, give theatre tours, or help organize annual fundraising events including the auction and golf outing.
Volunteers receive pins during the reception that are in accordance to how many hours they have worked.
Some will receive special volunteer badges.
Formed in 2006, the mission of the Tibbits Boosters is to provide and coordinate volunteer support. Those who volunteer with Tibbits are considered active Tibbits Booster members once they have worked five hours.
