QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – An 18-year old male from Quincy accused in the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile girl last month was booked at the Branch County Jail yesterday.
A warrant sought by the Branch County Sheriff’s Department for the arrest of Anthony Michael Davis was issued March 29, 2018. The preliminary charge against Davis is third degree criminal sexual conduct.
A corrections officer said the warrant listed March 2, 2018 as the date of the alleged incident.
Davis yesterday posted a $25,000 bond and is free pending his Branch County District Court arraignment scheduled for April 16th.
