HILLSDALE COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – Michigan State Police arrested a pair of drug suspects following traffic stops in Hillsdale County Monday.
Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a loud exhaust in Reading Township. A 20-year-old female passenger from Reading was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and was lodged at the Hillsdale County Jail.
The second arrested took place in Litchfield Township after troopers stopped a vehicle for having a defective brake light. The 39-year-old female driver from Jonesville was said to be in possession of suspected cocaine and had a suspended drivers license. She also was wanted on a warrant out of Washtenaw County.
The suspect was arrested and lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
