HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – The case of a Coldwater man who is facing a methamphetamine delivery charge has been bound over to Hillsdale County Circuit Court following a preliminary exam on Wednesday.
The Hillsdale Daily News reports 40-year-old Joseph Alan Davis was arrested a week before Christmas in Hillsdale as part of an undercover investigation by the Hillsdale Narcotics Enforcement Team.
Davis is accused of selling meth to a confidential informant for $500.
He is scheduled to appear for a Circuit Court pre-trial conference on January 29th.
