UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Union City Chamber of Commerce has announced that the Green Thumb Garden Club is once again sponsoring the Polar Bear Snow Mountain Melt.
Canisters have been placed at nearly a dozen Union City area businesses. For $1 residents can make a guess as to when the big pile of snow will melt.
The winner will get half the proceeds. The other half of the proceeds will be used to buy metal art representing Union City’s heritage for the downtown garden beds.
