ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – In order the decrease the risk of spreading influenza, Cameron Memorial Community Hospital in Angola has announced they are temporarily amending its visitor policy.
The hospital will not allow children or young people under 18 to visit patients until further notice.
Exceptions will be made in extreme situations.
Visitors will be limited to two adults over the age of 18 per patient.
Guests are also asked not to visit patients if they are feeling ill, have flu symptoms, or have recently been exposed to anyone with flu symptoms.
Cameron officials say they are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but these restrictions are being implemented to protect their patients, visitors and staff.
