COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – With ProMedica of Toledo taking over operations at the former Community Health Center of Branch County, the hospital is now called ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
The member substitution transaction officially closed on January 1st. The joinder agreement includes a Branch County-area board of trustees with redefined governance authority.
ProMedica President and C.E.O. Randy Oostra is scheduled to visit Coldwater next Monday to hold a series of employee forums as well as to meet with hospital leaders, physicians and community members.
