COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Legg Middle School boys basketball teams faced Harper Creek Monday night.
The 8th grade A team scored a 50-36 victory as they improved to 5-3. Zach Coffing pumped in 17 points while Tyson Roby and Grant Carter each had eight points.
The 8th grade B team lost 46-24. Dawson Brown and Gabe Wagoner led the Cardinals in scoring with six points each. Wagoner also had eight rebounds.
The 7th grade A team lost 49-43. Ayden Dirschell led Legg with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Niko Downs added nine points. Cole Sunderland had six rebounds and three steals.
The 7th grade B team lost 44-12. Claudel Wischmeyer had four points, six rebounds and two assists. Brayden Lackey also had four points.
