COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In was not agood night Monday for the boys basketball teams at Coldwater’s Legg Middle School, as all four fell to Battle Creek Lakeview.
The Legg 8th grade A team lost to Lakeview 62-46 as their record dropped to 3-2. Zack Coffing and Grant Carter each had 13 points.
The Legg 8th grade B team fell to Lakeview Monday night 45-40. Gabe Wagoner led the Cards in scoring with thirteen points, followed by Kaden Voyce with twelve points. Wagoner also had ten rebounds for the Cardinals. Kyle Litwiller had four steals.
The Legg 7th grade A team lost to Lakeview 49-24. Ayden Dirschell had six points while Kendall Austin had nine rebounds.
The Legg 7th grade B team lost at Lakeview Monday night 42-27. Claudel Wischmeyer had 11 points. Sam Palmerton snagged eight rebounds.
