COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to name a new Juvenile Unit Administrator and Referee for Branch County Probate Court during a special meeting on Monday afternoon.
Whoever is named would replace Zack Rusk after he served in the position for nearly a year-and-a-half.
Rusk was hired in March 2018 after the retirement of John Howard, who served Branch County for almost four decades.
A report on union negotiations is also on the agenda for Monday’s meeting.
