COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater varsity boys bowling teams defeated Harper Creek 28-2 on Thursday at Midway Lanes in the last home meet of this season.
The Varsity won both regular games 815-722 and 918-725 and took the total 1753-1447. They also won both Baker games 161-133 and 192-147 and won the total 353-280.
Coldwater was led by Chance Cook with a 213. Seniors Kai Kinsey and Dayten Yearling bowled their final home games for the Cardinals with Kinsey throwing a 192 and Yearling games of 182 and 191 for a 373 series.
In the JV contest, Coldwater took the win 23-7. Winning both regular games 776-657 and 656-589, taking totals 1432-1246. They split the Baker games, losing game one 147-146, winning game two 168-95, taking total 314-242.
Coldwater was led by Cameron Shuler with a 175, Ryan Sturgeon rolled a 174 and Parker Dangler had a 171.
Coldwater Boys will travel to Battle Creek to face Harper Creek at Bolero Lanes on Tuesday for their last meet of the season.
