COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Saturday is the second and final National Prescription Drug Take Back Day for 2019.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Department will be among those taking part.
Undersheriff Keith Eichler says there will be at least four locations in the county where unwanted prescription drugs can be dropped off with no questions asked between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
The Union City drop off location will be at the Village Police station on South Broadway Street. Other locations are the Branch County Sheriff’s Office, at the Branch County Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence’s Naomi Davis Shelterhouse, and at the east entrance to the Coldwater WalMart.
Prescription drugs can also be dropped off at the Michigan State Police post in Marshall.
