BURLINGTON, MI (WTVB) – A fundraiser will be held on Saturday, November 9 to help raise money for funeral expenses after Jackie Gibson of Burlington lost her seven year old son in a house fire last Sunday.
Jackie along with her husband Harley and their daughter were injured in the fire and they will have a long recovery.
The November 9 benefit at the Bucket in Union City will include a spaghetti dinner between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Any donation will be appreciated.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle and silent auction.
Fire Department officials said on their Facebook page that all the money raised will go directly to Lighthouse Funeral Home.
