Bronson traveled to Gull Lake Tuesday night to take on both Gull Lake and Mattawan. The Vikings came away with a 5-set win over Gull Lake by the scores of 15-25, 25-19, 25-14, 22-25, 15-10; then lost to Mattawan by the scores of 15-25, 15-25, 19-25.
Union City lost at Homer 3-2 (24-26, 25-23, 18-25, 25-12, 15-12)
Kassandra Kohsmann had 14 kills and five aces for the Chargers while Logan Allen had 13 kills. Aubrey George had eight digs and Emma Dexter recorded 31 assists.
