COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A former Quincy resident was arraigned Friday in Branch County District Court on two counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct and a count of failure to appear.
31-year-old Thomas James Stump was booked at the Branch County Jail on a warrant that was issued on August 29.
Stump was arrested in Texas following an investigation by Quincy Police.
According to court documents, the two CSC counts were filed in connection with alleged Branch County incidents between December of 2017 and April of 2018. The alleged victims were two females under the age of 13.
Bond in each case was set at $50,000. A probable cause hearing in District Court was scheduled for October 15 with a preliminary exam set for October 22.
