COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities annual Household Hazardous Waste collection event will be held Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Branch County Fairgrounds.
Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says it’s available for residents from the City of Coldwater, Coldwater Township, the City of Bronson, the Village of Quincy along with Algansee, Ovid and Kinderhook Townships. Only waste from those participating communities will be collected at this year’s event.
Identification will be needed in order to participate.
A list of items that will be accepted can be found on the City’s website at www.coldwater.org.
Over 300 vehicles dropped off hazardous waste last year which made it the city’s largest collection ever. The collection of materials has been going on for almost two decades.
