BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – A woman was arrested by Michigan State Police Thursday night on a drunk driving charge following a crash at U.S. 12 and Snow Prairie Road.
It was first reported as a two vehicle crash at about 8:30 p.m. and forced a portion of U.S. 12 to be shut down.
The woman who was arrested was booked at the Branch County Jail on a charge of operating while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of point-zero-eight or more.
An initial investigation by troopers indicated the woman was driving a passenger car when it went across the center line and sideswiped an oncoming pickup truck.
Minor injuries were reported. The crash is still under investigation.
