WOODBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB)- Two occupants of an Amish buggy from Hillsdale were injured Sunday afternoon when a van struck the back of the buggy east of Reading.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department says the crash happened on South Hillsdale Road north of Reynolds Road at about 12:40 p.m..
The southbound buggy was driven by 24-year-old Aaron Steury. He and a passenger, 20-year-old Ada Lengacher, were both taken to Hillsdale Hospital by the Reading Emergency Unit.
The driver of the van, 56-year-old Jennie Jordan of Hillsdale, was not injured. The Sheriff’s Department says the crash is still under investigation.
