COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council Monday approved the appointment by Mayor Tom Kramer of John Wellett to the city’s Board of Public Utilities Board of Directors.
Wellett is the manager of Branch County Abstract and Title in downtown Coldwater and has financial, banking, and insurance experience. He would fill out the remainder of John Schroll’s term which expires in May of 2022.
Schroll has built a home in Fremont, Indiana and stepped down last month after serving on the board since 1984.
