QUINCY TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – One of the big fundraisers of the year for the Humane Society of Branch County takes place on Saturday afternoon as they will be hosting their seventh annual picnic at their shelter on Wildwood Road south of Quincy.
There will be food and plenty of activities between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m.
Besides all of the food, there will be vendors, raffle prizes and a classic car cruise.
The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children.
The Humane Society of Branch County operates solely on donations. They get no government funding.
They are a no kill shelter trying to find quality loving homes for animals that have been abandoned and in need of a home.
