COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that a ribbon cutting and open house will take place on Friday, September 6 at the new location of the Beginnings Care for Life Center in Coldwater.
The ribbon cutting next Friday will take place at 3:00 p.m. and will be followed by an open house until 6:00 p.m..
A $200,000 donation from the Lucille E. Dearth Foundation and a $150,000 donation from the Clemens Foundation allowed Beginnings Care to buy the former Preferred Family and Women’s Care building at 16 North Clay Street which was owned by Dr. Jeffrey and Annette Custer.
Beginnings Care for Life Center provides free services to women, men and families, including pregnancy tests and confirmation, baby-care materials, parenting education, and post-abortion support.
