COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In an effort to ensure all patients at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital are safe, the hospital Foundation recently purchased eight anti-suicide doors for the Psychiatric Unit.
The doors are soft-sided and have magnetic hinges that come off with as little as 20 pounds of weight.
Donations from local contributors totaled $5,100 for the doors.
The ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital Foundation’s mission is to improve lives by ensuring the best healthcare and to continue supporting the hospital through fundraising initiatives.
