UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – A small portion of Union City is under a Boil Water notice because of a water main issue caused by a repair to a private line.
The advisory only affects the 300 and 400 blocks of West High as well as the properties at 205 Dewey, 207 Dewey and 405 Ellen Street.
Crews went door to door on Thursday in that area to deliver or leave notices on doors of all affected residents.
Residents will be notified when the advisory is lifted which will be at least 48 hours while testing is being done to the affected line.
