LAKELAND, FL (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers and the New York Yankees ended in a 5-5 tie yesterday in Lakeland, FL.
Eric Haase belted a three-run homer in the bottom of the eighth to even the score for Detroit. Stater Tarik Skubal gave up two runs on five hits while walking five and striking out three in four innings.
The Tigers host the Philadelphia Phillies this afternoon.
