INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons came up short against the Indiana Pacers last night, falling 116-111 in Indianapolis.
Wayne Ellington scored 16 points for Detroit in his return after missing four games with a hip injury. Caris LeVert scored a game-high 28 points for the Pacers.
The Pistons host the Brooklyn Nets tomorrow night.
The Pistons are acquiring a veteran guard ahead of the deadline. According to ESPN, the Pistons are receiving guard Cory Joseph and two first-round picks from the Sacramento Kings in exchange for Delon Wright. Joseph has bounced around the league since being a first round pick by the Spurs in 2011.
