INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WKZO AM/FM) – Number one-seed University of Michigan and four-seed Florida State tip-off in a NCAA Men’s basketball Tournament Sweet 16 matchup Sunday.
The Wolverines beat Texas Southern and LSU to secure their place in their fourth straight Sweet 16. The Seminoles notched wins over UNC Greensboro and Colorado in their run in the tournament.
U of M and FSU met in the 2018 Elite Eight with Michigan winning 58-54 to advance to the Final Four.
Six-seed University of Michigan faces two-seed Baylor in a Women’s NCAA tournament Sweet 16 showdown tomorrow. The Wolverines advanced to their first ever Sweet 16 appearance with wins over Florida Gulf Coast and Tennessee.
