WHITE PIGEON, MI (WTVB) – All of the Branch County teams are out of the MHSAA Girls Basketball Tournament.
Bronson’s season came to an end Friday night as they lost to Schoolcraft 60-24 in the finals of the Division Three District Tournament at White Pigeon.
Schoolcraft got off to a fast start and never took their foot off the gas. They led 18-6 after the first quarter and then used a 19-3 second quarter to take a commanding 37-9 lead at halftime.
The Eagles managed to get the lead to 40 points early in the fourth quarter which meant a running clock for the rest of the game.
The loss ended an eight game winning streak for Bronson as they finished 12-4. Jadyn Cary led the Vikings with 6 points.
