COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A golf outing fundraiser for the Branch County Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence “Shop With A Cop” program has been scheduled for August 22 at the Bella Vista Golf Course.
The Coalition, along with the Branch County Sheriff’s Department and Lakeland Correctional Facility employees, will be hosting the sixth annual charity golf outing, which has at last report attracted 30 sponsors.
The cost is $50 per person and $200 for a team. Lunch will be provided.
The registration deadline is August 8.
Hole sponsorships for $100 are available.
Numerous police, fire and emergency personnel take part in Branch County’s version of “Shop With A Cop” every December, which helps out youngsters from families who are in need.
