COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -The City of Coldwater Planning Commission approved a request from Gates Prime Commercial Group Monday night for a Special Land Use Permit for the operation of a Convalescent Care Facility at 300 Vista Drive on the northeast side of Coldwater. Plans call for a 15,000 square foot building with 20 parking spaces.
The proposed facility is in an area zoned D-1 Light Industrial. The site is presently vacant.
No site plan has been submitted yet. With the approval of the Special Land Use Permit, developers have one year to put together and submit a full site plan to the Planning Commission for review.
