NORTH WEBSTER, IN (WTVB) – The National Weather Service in northern Indiana says there is an elevated fire danger for Tuesday afternoon in Branch County and throughout the tri-state area.
Forecasters say the combination of low afternoon relative humidities from 20 to 35 percent along with gusty south to southwest winds up to 35 mph will lead to
an elevated fire danger threat during the afternoon hours.
An increased risk in the spread of grass, brush, and other field fires will exist during that time.
