COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Battle Creek man was given concurrent prison sentences Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after he entered guilty pleas to charges of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct and larceny from a vehicle between $1,000 and $20,000.
20-year-old Alexander Woodman was given a sentence of 16 months to two years after he admitted his guilt to having sexual relations with an underage girl last August.
Woodman got a sentence of 13 months to five years for the vehicle larceny that took place in November of 2018.
He was given credit for 204 days already served in the Branch County Jail.
In exchange for Woodman’s pleas, prosecutors dismissed charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct and breaking and entering with intent.
